Holistic Counseling

Mental healthcare doesn’t have to separate your inner life from your cultural or spiritual framework. This practice provides holistic counseling that integrates evidence-based therapeutic knowledge with nontraditional spiritual practices, ancestral traditions, and meaning-centered work. The focus is on emotional regulation, boundary setting, trauma-informed care, and sustainable change without pathologizing your spiritual worldview.

These services exist outside of traditional therapy sessions but are offered to all, regardless of whether you’re a therapy client or not. If you’re unsure of which path works best, shoot me a message!

  • Combining cards, intuition, and trauma informed mental health knowledge, these sessions provide answers to your questions or insight into life situations. Readings have a 5-7 day turnaround time and are sent via email but can be expedited for an additional cost.

  • Divinations are best used for those who need more insight than provided by a card reading. Using bones, roots, shells, and other tools, these divinations provide insight into your past, present, and future to identify opportunities for growth, guidance about your spiritual path, and the source of spiritual or emotional blockages among other situations.

  • You may understand the situation but feel unsure of how to handle it. Allow me to do it on your behalf. All spiritual workings require a consultation and divination in order to proceed. Spiritual prescriptions are provided based on the complexity of the request.

  • Out of state clients or those otherwise ineligible for therapy with me can still benefit from Life Coaching. Life coaching offers structured, goal-oriented support for clients seeking clarity, alignment, and intentional change. Sessions integrate reflective inquiry, behavioral strategies, and values work to support decision-making, boundary-setting, and sustainable habit formation. Coaching is well-suited for individuals navigating transitions, purpose-seeking, or realignment with personal or spiritual goals.
